APAP|NYC+ sessions include activities attendees know and love and introduce new elements in response to the changes in the field.
Plenaries that inspire and respond to the critical issues that matter most right now.
Professional development sessions that provide you with practical strategies and resources for navigating the now and understanding how to adapt to an ever-evolving and unknown future.
Critical, interactive fieldwide conversations that require all of us (artists, agents, managers, producers, presenters) to come together to discuss the future of programming, the future of work, and the future of presenting, booking, touring and how we do business.
Connect with colleagues, share ideas, discover new connections, deepen relationships and discuss issues in the field through networking events at APAP|NYC+.
Speed Mixers where artists, producers, presenters and agent/managers, and everyone in the field can meet and discover projects, shared interests, or information in a fast-paced, time-effective and interactive format.
With more than 300 exhibitors from around the world, the EXPO Commons is the global engagement hub for touring artists and companies, artist representatives, booking agencies, presenting groups, consultants and vendors.
As a conference registrant, you can browse the EXPO Commons and the many exhibitors all in one place during dedicated EXPO hours and all-day accessible hours during the conference. You will also have access to the exhibitors' online landing pages on the conference platform, Swapcard, including artist rosters, videos and their location in the EXPO Commons.

Starting this fall, showcase listings will be available via our online conference platform, Swapcard*. Showcase listings provide information about the artists, and the date, time, and location of showcases, as well as how you can RSVP for in-person showcases or can watch online showcases. New showcases will be added regularly as the conference approaches.
Online and recorded in-person showcases will be available for replay through January 31, 2023 on Swapcard.
*Swapcard is accessible on your mobile device as an app.
