Ways to save at APAP|NYC 2025

APAP is committed to delivering a high-value experience while keeping the APAP|NYC conference affordable. Here are some ways you can save on costs while participating in THE premier gathering of professionals in the performing arts presenting, booking, and touring industry.

CONFERENCE REGISTRATION AND MEMBERSHIP:

The APAP|NYC Conference is a members’ conference. If you are not a member already, you will need to become a member before registering for the conference.

  • Make sure you register for the conference as early as possible – Register by the early-bird deadline to get the registration rate of $799. Be sure to check out all available rates before registering, in case you qualify for a special rate.

  • Apply for the Participation Assistance Fund – Awardees receive $300 which can be use towards conference registration or an exhibit booth purchase. (As of September 26, the PAF Fund has been expended for APAP|NYC 2025. APAP was able to support more than 40 attendees. To donate to the PAF Fund for future conferences, click here.)

  • Are you a working artist? Artists can join APAP for $100 and register for the conference at the artist registration rate of $225. A combined out of pocket cost of $325! – Get started by learning more about the Artist Access membership. Some restrictions apply. (Artist Access members can showcase but cannot purchase booths in the EXPO Hall).

  • Are you a non-exhibitor and bringing a group of 4 or more? Purchase the group registration – Groups of 4-6 receive 10% off, groups of 7-9 receive 15% off, and groups of 10 or more receive 20% off. Please email apapnyc@apap365.org to learn more. Applicable only to early-bird, regular, and on-site rates and cannot be combined with other discounts.

  • Join APAP with one of our affordable memberships – To attend the conference, you must be a current APAP member. APAP has several affordable memberships for individuals, and we also have a discounted membership for small and mid-sized non-profit presenters. Restrictions apply, please read about our membership types

 MORE WAYS TO SAVE:

  • Book your room at the Hilton through the APAP Hotel Block – When you reserve your room at the APAP|NYC official hotel, you get special rates and amenities, proximity to conference events, and unmatched networking opportunities. 

  • Participate in one of APAP’s Leadership or Artist Discovery opportunities – APAP offers several opportunities at APAP|NYC to support field leadership and artistic discovery. If you apply and get selected, some of these programs offer additional financial support. Be sure to check the deadlines for these applications, as some deadlines may have passed.

  • Reach out to your State Arts Agency, state presenters consortia or Regional Service Organization (WAA, Arts Midwest, South Arts) – Some state, local or regional arts organization have travel grants or funding available that could help subsidize your trip.
