The deadline to reserve your room at the New York Hilton Midtown (official conference hotel) at the special APAP rate of $235/night is December 13, 2024. Reserve your hotel room.
Please note: The only way to get the APAP rate is through the APAP website. APAP does not work with third-parties.
The exhibit space purchase process begins this summer on these dates according to tier status. The tier system is based on consecutive years of in-person exhibiting at the APAP|NYC conference.
The deadline to have your exhibitor name appear on the printable exhibitor list is December 13, 2024.

Showcases are independently produced by APAP members in venues across New York City. APAP itself does not produce, curate or jury showcases. To produce a showcase, you must be an APAP member or an artist on the roster of an APAP member and be registered for the conference.
Showcase listings will go live on the APAP|NYC online platform/app on November 1. The deadline to submit your showcase listing(s) to be included on the online platform is January 3, 2025 at 5:00 p.m. (EST).
