APAP launched Season 3 of its award-winning podcast on May 28. The new season will feature 20 bold, untold stories across six episodes that will air between now and August 6, 2024.
The third season will spotlight stories from touring musicians, dancers, and theater professionals, company managers, artistic directors, artist representatives, and arts educators, as well as those who do community engagement, who lead city arts commissions, and who make the arts more accessible.
Season 3 storytellers are:
Episode 1: Jono Gasparro, Ziiomi Law, and Perla Batalla
Episode 2: Daniel Singh, Sabrina Martinez, and Justine Bayod Espoz
Episode 3: Dennis Porter, Wayna, and Jazzie Pigott
Episode 4: Maura García, Azadi Amaan, Heidi Latsky, and Chloë Zimberg
Episode 5: Payton Rhyan, Sheila Gaskins, and Tristan Grannum
Episode 6: Anna Woods, Lisa Hilas, Ersian Francois, and Rukhmani Mehta
ARTS. WORK. LIFE. launched in June 2022 and went on to win a Trendy Award for Best Podcast in 2023 and a BRONZE award Anthem Award or podcast or audio in the Education, Art & Culture Category in 2024. In addition to those above, the podcast has featured the stories of 43 other performing arts professionals.
