The only way to book a room with the APAP rate is use the unique link on our website. Our members have reported that third-party firms sometimes contact them claiming to work with APAP. APAP does NOT work with any third-party firms for hotel bookings.

These third-party firms are scams. They undercut our ability to fill our contracted room blocks and keep prices competitive for APAP members, and they use false and deceptive activities which may end up costing attendees in money and trouble.
